Our Process

It often starts with a phone call or a meeting. When you contact our office, you will often speak with one of our helpful paralegals, who will gather your preliminary information. They can often address the issue at that stage if it involves a conveyance or other mistrial matter. They will refer you to one of our attorneys if they cannot address the issue. At your initial meeting or conference, our attorneys will gather additional information and discuss our document needs, or, if your consultation involves a dispute, your rights and obligations, and your options depending on your circumstance.*


Once you engage our law firm, we will be there with you every step of the way to ensure your legal needs are met and to assist you in meeting your document needs (for real estate and business transactions) or in resolving the legal problems and issues you might be facing if your issue(s) involve a dispute. If you come to us for a real estate or business transaction, our focus is to assist you in avoiding future legal problems and issues. Peter J. Lenhart, Esq. has been practicing law in Hawaii for over 40 years. Peter graduated from Boston College Law School, holds a master’s degree in accounting, and is a former CPA. 


Peter enjoys ocean sports, hiking, outdoor activities, and exercising his green thumb in his free time. As an avid gardener, Peter’s yard often blossoms with beautiful orchids and hybrid anthuriums, and he grows an assortment of citrus and tropical fruits and other tropical plants. He enjoys seeding and propagating Hawai’i’s endemic plants and doing reforestation!
